Returns

If you receive an item that appears to be damaged or incorrect please email bcfash.info@gmail.com and be sure to include the following:  Your First/Last name, order number, and a photo of the item. Email inquiries must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. Any items reported after 48 hours will not be accepted for review. 


Returns:

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so at BC Fash we are happy to accept returns on any item(s) that is unworn and in the same condition that you received it in (Exempt items are not eligible). ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. You must return your item/s within 14 days of receiving your order, or it will be issued as store credit.


***Please be aware
that the items returned must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in the original condition. Any items returned with any of the above or damages, will not be processed and your package will be sent back to you. We will only accept returns if the item(s) is eligible to be resold.

Once we have received your return and item(s) are inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it has been rejected, we will send the item back to you.

All exempt items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for any reason.

 

         Exempt Items (Final Sale: No Returns)

•White clothing

•Any accessories (Jewelry, Sunglasses)

•Pasties

•Clearance items or items marked “Final Sale”

 

***Bodysuits and white items are Final Sale due to hygiene purposes.

 

What do I need to include in my return package?

Please include the invoice in your package

 

Exchanges:

The same return guidelines apply for exchanges. If you would like an exchange, you will need to ship back the item to us and the item(s) will be inspected. If approved, we will go ahead and refund you and you will need to place a new order to receive the item you want. 

 

Returns Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the item(s) you return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
