To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please double check and make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact as soon as possible at email@example.com . We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order leaves our premises it is a liability of the USPS.
If your package says delivered but you can't find it, please contact your local United States Postal Service before contacting our support team. BC Fash does not hold responsibility for package that state delivered. We do not refund or offer store credit for lost or stolen packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.
